Booking Terms

1. Deposit & Booking

A deposit is required to secure your booking, as stated in your quotation. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 1 month of the event date.

2. Payment

The remaining balance must be settled before the event date for full confirmation. For payments made on the event day itself, an additional charge of RM 100 will apply.

3. Extra Hours

Additional time beyond your booked package is available at RM 200 per hour, subject to availability.

4. Transportation

Transport is calculated by area:

• Iskandar PuteriRM40
• Outside JBFrom RM50+

5. Setup Time & Venue Requirements

The photobooth will be ready 1–2 hours before the event starts. A power outlet must be provided near the setup area. For the best experience, indoor setup is highly recommended — if the photobooth is placed outdoors, you'll need to provide a suitable covered area (a tent or canopy) to protect the equipment from rain, heat, or wind.

6. Photos & Prints

Unlimited 2R prints are provided only during your booked hours. All digital photos — including everything guests shoot on SEKETIKA — are shared within 4–7 days after the event. See our Privacy Policy for how long photos are kept and how guest data is handled.

7. Liability

ATMALAYAR is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or lost items during the event.

Photo usage

We'd love to feature a few photos from your event in our own portfolio and social media. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know before your event and we won't.
